Guidelines for Applicants – Internship 2026–27
This internship is conducted in alignment with the National Education Policy 2020, and draws inspiration from global educational frameworks, including UNESCO’s Global Citizenship Education (2014) and the UGC Guidelines on Internationalization of Higher Education (2021).
- Eligibility
Open to UG and PG students of all departments. Students must meet the minimum academic requirements as per their institution.
- Application Instructions
2.1 Please ensure that all details entered in the form are accurate and complete. Incorrect information may lead to cancellation of registration.
2.2 A valid email ID and mobile number must be provided for all future communication.
- Required Documents
Students are required to upload:
3.1 Passport-size photograph: less than 500 KB, JPG, in colour
3.2 Signature: max. 200 KB, JPG
3.3 Consent letter: PDF, max. 2 MB
- Registration & Fee
4.1 After submitting the form, you will be redirected to the payment page. Registration will be complete only after successful payment.
4.2 The internship fee is ₹600, applicable for participation and administrative support.
4.3 Once paid, the fee is non-refundable.
- Mode of Internship
Physical attendance is mandatory; however, some classes may be arranged online as per need.
- Programme Schedule & Commencement
6.1 The complete internship schedule, guidelines, and activity details will be shared with registered participants within 3–4 days after the registration process.
6.2 The internship programme will commence within approximately 5–10 days from the date of registration, ensuring a smooth and timely academic engagement cycle.

Upon successful registration, participants will receive:

- Programme Objective
This internship is part of a broader academic initiative of World Natural Democracy aimed at promoting experiential learning, community engagement, environmental citizenship, value-based education, and globally oriented perspectives.
- Certificate and Recognition
Participants who successfully complete the internship will receive a certificate of completion (Internship Completion Certificate) from World Natural Democracy. Certificates may be provided in digital format, and physical copies may be sent upon request.
- Manner, Discipline, and Consistency
Participants are expected to maintain professional behavior, punctuality, and discipline throughout the internship. Consistent participation in all assigned activities and respectful interaction with peers and facilitators is mandatory. Failure to maintain discipline may affect successful completion and certification.
- Attendance and Participation
Regular attendance is mandatory. Absence without valid reason may lead to incomplete certification. Participants are expected to actively engage in discussions, tasks, and field activities.
- Dress Code
Participants should wear informal, comfortable attire during physical sessions. Appropriate clothing is expected for workshops, field visits, or other organized activities.
- Breaks / Refreshments / Logistics
Refreshments and short breaks will be provided during long sessions. Participants should make their own arrangements for meals if needed.
- Safety and Well-being
Participants are responsible for their personal safety during all internship activities. The organizers will provide guidance and safety instructions where required.
- Reporting and Documentation
Participants must submit daily or weekly reports/assignments as instructed. Failure to submit timely reports may affect evaluation and certification.
- Evaluation / Assessment
Irrespective of whether the internship is credit or non-credit, participants will be evaluated on the basis of their regular attendance, completion of assigned tasks, and active participation.
- Intellectual Property and Ethics
All work produced during the internship must be original and ethical. Plagiarism or misuse of resources is strictly prohibited. Participants grant WND permission to use the work for academic and outreach purposes with proper acknowledgment.
